新型コロナウイルス感染拡大に対する当ホテルの対応について
 
日頃より京都山科ホテル山楽をご愛顧いただきありがとうございます。
 
お客様に安心してホテルをご利用いただくために、新型コロナウイルスの感染予防対策といたしまして、
ホテル入口、レストラン入口、フロント前、4～8階の各エレベーターホールにアルコール消毒液を設置しております。
 
予防的措置として、全館の消毒強化も実施しております。

お客様及び従業員の健康を考慮し、感染拡大防止のため、全スタッフがマスク着用での対応をさせていただいております。

新型コロナウイルスの感染予防対策といたしまして、以下の通りレストランのサービス内容を変更させていただきます。 

【朝食】
2020年3月1日より当面の間、70種以上の料理内容はこれまでと変わらず、お好きな物をオーダーいただきスタッフがお席にお持ちするテーブルオーダーブッフェとさせていただきます。
　
【昼食】
当面の間、営業を自粛させていただきます。

【カフェ】
当面の間、営業を自粛させていただきます。

HOW WE ARE DEALING WITH THE SPREAD OF THE NOVEL CORONAVIRUS INFECTION

Thank you for visiting Kyoto Yamashina Hotel Sanraku.

In order to prevent infection with the novel coronavirus, we have placed alcohol disinfectants
at the entrance of the hotel, the restaurant, the front desk and elevator halls from 4th to 8th floor.

Our hotel has a implemented proactive precautionary measures including increasing sanitization of the entire hotel and wearing masks by staff.
In addition, our restaurant “fine dining Yamashina” decided to change the dishes providing method at breakfast and lunch as described below.
 
【Breakfast】
Our continental buffet, for the time being, will be changed to table order.  Feel free to order as much as dishes as you like.  Our staff will bring them to your table.  The menu is still “all-you-can-eat menu”.

【Lunch】
Lunch will be closed.

【Café】
Café will be closed.

【Term】
Regarding to the restaurant, the process above will be carried out from March 1st (the one of lunch will start on 8th) and will continue for the time being.
