Check-out time can be extended for 1,100 JPY per hour (tax included). If you stay later than 14:00, we will charge you for 1 additional night.

Would you give me the detailed information about staying with children?
Children between ages up to 6 can stay free of charge if sleeping in the same bed. Children over 6 years are charged full price. The accommodation fee varies depending on the given dates, please ask the front desk for more details.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, please contact us 4 days before your scheduled arrival date to avoid cancellation fee. 20% of the accomodation fee will be charged if the reservation is cancelled 3 days before the scheduled arrival date, 50% the day before the scheduled arrival date 80% on the day of the scheduled arrival date 100% for a no-show
Is it possible to store luggage at the hotel before check-in or after check-out?
We can store your belongings and luggage at our hotel reception. Please do not hesitate to notify us if you would like to use this service. After check-out, you can store your luggage only for that day. Please note that we cannot accept valuables, fragile items,and perishable goods.
I would like to send my luggage to the hotel in advance. Does the hotel allow this?
Yes, you can send your luggage to the hotel in advance and pick it up at check-in.

Yes. We have smoking booths on the 4th floor.
Is there a curfew for entry to the hotel?
There is no curfew. However, all the hotel entrances are locked from 1:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. To open the entrance, you must bring your card key whenever you go out.

The hotel is located right in front of JR Yamashina Station, a 2-minute walk from either the ground or underground level. The underground passage also has a ticket gate for the Tozai subway line, that can brings you to the hotel in just 30 seconds after exiting the ticket gate.
